We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Since our mixes are 100% non-alcoholic, they don't carry the shipping restrictions that alcohol does — no liquor license or age-verified signature required on delivery.
Orders of $29.95 or more ship free, and that includes every Party Pack. Orders under $29.95 ship for a flat $8, and Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days: we pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days, and we'll email you tracking as soon as it ships.
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can (a photo of the issue helps) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
